Hi winners.

The plastic container can work as a bug box allowing for easy viewing of the macro's you find sampling.  The piping and plastic icase inside can act as makeshift clarity tube. 1) Use the tape measure and a marker pen to measure out 0-150cm on your plastic case 2) secure the top with the piping 3) fill with water and 4) stand over the case and slowly drop the disk into the case stopping when you can no longer see the disk.
